Once permanent records have been entered for a person, that person's
name cannot be deleted. However, to remove a person from the visible
Active roster, go to that person's Master record, click on Edit and
change his or her Status to the appropriate setting other than Active.
If that person is to be reinstated at a later date, go to the Select
Status Group menu, Select All Groups, return to Master Records and Edit
that person's Status back to Active.
